Minty Matcha Ice Pop Recipe

We’re starting to see an increase in temperatures, and staying hydrated is essential!

Here is a healthy, hydrating recipe perfect for handling the summer heat. Our Minty Matcha Ice Pops are sure to do the trick. Give it a try and tell us what you think…

ICE POP INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons of fresh Mint
  • 1 pint of brewed and chilled Organic Imperial Matcha Green Tea
  • 2 tablespoons of agave nectar
  • 2 teaspoons of apple juice

 

METHOD:

  1. Pop in your fresh mint leaves into a Jug.
  2. Add in all the other ingredients.
  3. Mix it all together. Make sure everything has mixed properly.
  4. Chose your favourite ice pop moulds.
  5. Divide your Ice Pop mixture into the moulds.
  6. Pop them into the freezer and leave it for at least 6 hours. The longer the better.
  7. Take them out and enjoy your refreshing mint matcha pops.
