This incredibly subtle and sophisticated drink can either be served short with a rind of lime peel or tall with a lime segment. The calming effect of camomile will make you sit back and truly enjoy our camomile and bourbon smash. It’s actually best enjoyed at room temperature so no ice or cooling of the glass. Here’s how you make it:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 25ML CHAMOMILE SYRUP
  • 50ML BOURBON WHISKEY
  • 1 SEGMENT LIME
  • SODA TO TASTE

METHOD:

  1. Take out your favourite whiskey tumbler.
  2. Add some ice, (cubed or crushed).
  3. Pour your camomile syrup over the ice.
  4. Add your Bourbon Whiskey of choice.
  5. Drop in your lime wedge and stir.
  6. Finally, top up with soda and enjoy!
